Lime Ruffle Reconstruction Set
One-of-a-kind reconstructed set by Gallanegra.
This vibrant two-piece garment was created from multiple reclaimed textiles in different shades of lime green and soft neutrals. The set includes a halter-style top and an experimental mini skirt constructed from layered ruffles, belts and textile fragments.
The top features patchwork panels and delicate ruffle details, while the skirt combines repurposed garments into a sculptural composition with pleated elements, straps and playful decorative textures.
Adjustable ties allow the top to be fitted to different bodies, while the layered skirt structure creates volume and movement.
Each section was carefully deconstructed and reassembled by hand, transforming discarded materials into a bold wearable piece.
