A definitive statement piece that embodies the subversive-punk aesthetic of Gallanegra. This maxi dress has been expertly reconstructed from reclaimed knit textiles, blending a solid black base with contrasting grey rib-knit panels.
The design is defined by its experimental two-layer structure:
• The Body: A heavy-knit maxi skirt featuring asymmetrical ribbed texture appliqués.
• The Top: A crossover back system with straps that intertwine, allowing the garment to be dynamically adjusted to the torso.

Gallanegra is an experimental upcycling project by designer Melisa Lantadilla. Each garment is reconstructed from rescued clothing and textiles, transforming existing materials into new one-of-a-kind designs. All pieces are handcrafted in Leipzig.
